1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Site, booking services, purchasing products, or opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services & Booking

JC Premier Detailing LLC provides automotive detailing and protection services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel service or orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or policy violations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services or opt in to messaging programs.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Payment & Fees

Prices are in U.S. dollars. You authorize us (and our payment processors, such as Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for purchases and applicable taxes or fees.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Weather or safety issues may require us to reschedule.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with operations, or post harmful or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with our business, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site (logos, text, images) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, scheduling tools). We are not responsible for their practices or content.

11. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

Program Name: JC Premier Detailing Alerts (“Program”)
Description: Appointment confirmations/reminders, updates, and occasional promotional offers.

Opt-In Methods:

  • Web forms on the Site (with checkbox consent)

  • Checkout or booking pages

  • Paper forms or verbal consent recorded in our CRM

  • Text-to-join keyword (e.g., “JOIN” to (864) 542-3617)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: Varies by customer interaction.
Cost & Carriers: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out: Text STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to opt out at any time. You’ll receive one final confirmation message.

12. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Spartanburg, SC, except where small-claims relief is available.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest revision.
